Takeo Tech LLC

Software Developer | Jan 2023 – Aug 2025 | New York, NY

Ed-tech consultancy offering bootcamp programs in Python, Data Science, and C++.

  • Built internal analytics dashboards (Flask, PostgreSQL, SQL) to track student enrollment, course completion rates, and revenue performance across multiple bootcamp programs — giving leadership real-time visibility into business metrics
  • Designed and maintained scalable ETL pipelines (Python, Spark, AWS) consolidating multi-source enrollment, engagement, and payment data for executive reporting and cohort analysis
  • Implemented secure data handling practices including PII masking, role-based access control, and audit logging for student records systems serving hundreds of users
  • Worked across the full data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization for a fast-moving educational product

Research Assistant — Hyperspectral Signal Modeling

Jan 2026 – Present | AUM

Advisor: Dr. Olcay Kursun

  • Designed and trained an end-to-end Gaussian channel-selection model with a compact MLP predictor head to identify spectrally meaningful bands from 462-channel hyperspectral imagery (389–1004 nm)
  • Determined that 6 learned spectral channels retain near-complete predictive power for photon flux ratio (R² = 0.979 ± 0.015 across 10 random seeds), with channel center wavelengths converging consistently regardless of initialization
  • Ran a follow-up radiance transfer experiment freezing the 6-channel configuration and retraining only the MLP head, achieving R² = 0.999 ± 0.0006 — demonstrating a single fixed-filter camera design supports multiple measurement objectives
  • Designed all experiments, implemented all training pipelines, ran all analysis, and is co-authoring the manuscript
  • Manuscript targeting Atmospheric Measurement Techniques (AMT), a peer-reviewed journal · Target submission: July 2026

IT Support Technician (Part-Time) — AUM
